The moment you become an architect!

The moment you become an architect!

Do you still remember the school days? Plenty of homework that seemed - back then - the only worry in the world. Little did we know what architecture projects would be like!

Let me tell you one vivid school memory that you might relate to. One night, I was late studying and I asked my father to help me solve a math problem. I still recall his exact answer:

- Have you thought about it for - at least - 20 minutes?
- Euh...nop.
- Then come back later and, if you still didn't find an answer, I will give you...a hint.
- 20 minutes later, and only a hint? Wow, thanks for the help!

I was so disappointed! However, I did as he said. During those precious 20 minutes, I almost solved everything on my own and I came back to ask him about the last part only. As soon as he gave me the 'hint', I was like 'Oh OK!' in a second. That 'Oh OK' moment is where you learn something that you will never forget.

Needless to say that learning this way has opened more success doors to me than I could have ever imagined! That's why I feel compelled to pass that to you! In the architecture world, you will find many relatives or friends willing to do your projects for you or help you endlessly. Do not allow them to! It sounds a little bit ironic since you’ll be the one asking them for help, right? But seriously, you’re the only guardian of your learning process. And you decide if you want to finish your architecture degree, or truly become an architect.
